Prior to establishing Freedom HR Management, I was fortunate to have worked in a wide range of executive management positions that provided me with a great deal of business experience. As the Regional VP over 5 states in the commercial insurance industry, I was exposed to an extensive variety of business owners in many different industry groups. Upon entering the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry in 1999, my role included Director of Business Development, CEO and ultimately owning my own PEO. Throughout my career and especially as a business owner, I gained a great appreciation for the many challenges and concerns a business owner has in today’s business environment.
At this time I continue to work closely with my PEO and Payroll clients to assure they are getting the critical business services they need to be successful. As an independent representative, I am able to choose from many different service providers to match up the best services for each client’s specific needs.
I believe my background allows me to relate to my clients challenges as business owners and to substantially reduce their responsibilities.
